ELTIF (European Long Term Investment Funds) legislation 2015/760 (“ELTIF 1.0”) has seen a revamp and an amended ELTIF 2.0 is Regulation (EU) 2023/606 of 15 March 2023 is in place. ELTIF 2.0 applies from 10 January 2024. on 19 December 2023 some technical specifications were specified by ESMA. These are included in this course.
